Shipping policy
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-5 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages come via USPS and are shipped Monday through Friday on business days only. We do not ship on Federal Holidays.
During the holiday seasons, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. Holiday orders are shipped 2-3 business days after your order has been processed.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If your order has been marked as "delivered" and you have not received your package, please reach out to the United States Postal Service for further information regarding your order (1-800-275-8777).
If your order has been returned because the provided address is incorrect, you will be charged a reshipping fee.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns on our homemade soaps.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via lisafayecrafted@gmail.com and include photo/video within 5 days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you.
If LisaFaye Candles and Soaps is the cause of an issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution!
NOTE: We are currently only servicing customers in the United States and US territories. This may change in the near future. Any orders made outside of the US will not be filled.
